With three conferences annually and over 25 competitions, TSA is designed to enhance a technology education program by building confidence and providing extra-curricular and leadership skills.

Competitive events such as Problem Solving, Cyberspace Pursuit, Structural Challenge, Graphic Design, and System Control Challenge are designed to stimulate student interest and a desire to learn.

In an effort to build ladership skills, students are encouraged to become part of the local chapter officer team. This can lead to election as a state or even national officer.
